I had the chance of visiting Rome recently, I had not been to the Eternal City in quite a while.
Walking around during the week end was very pleasant and brought back good memories of many sun filled days spent discovering the sights. Now that I know them all, the wonder is still there, I cannot be jaded in front of such beauty.
Walking the stones where our ancestors walked so long ago makes me pensive, yet lighter, since I am not alone on my path.
Whatever we are faced with, we can always choose to go to the light or to the darkness, I choose the light of re-discovering the amazing beauty of Rome.
